Hello! My name is Pat Fahed Trice, and I am the Superintendent of the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind (VSDB). VSDB serves as the hub of expertise in Virginia for the education of students who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind/vision impaired, deafblind, and blind or deaf with other disabilities.
